The First District Court of Appeals (1ST DCA) in Tallahassee is one of five appellate courts in the State of Florida. Located in downtown Tallahassee since 1981 near the Florida State University College of Law, the 1st DCA is slated to move its operations to its newly constructed Southwood location in October 2010.
